Tree Logic

There are plants that grow in the middle of the sky.
Translucent tubes, like arms, reach toward Earth.
They are Chamaeleon.
They've never seen us.
They do see the tops of Sequois, shimmering like stars.
The Stratosphere Giant, their Polaris.

They don't know what makes them warm.
When they slice their vessels,
We think it's rain.
